American water-horehound
(Lycopus americanus)

aka cut-leaved water horehound. A two-foot plant of wet fields. Upper, narrow leaves are sessile and toothed. Lower leaves are deeply lobed. A close examination of the flowers reveals sharply-pointed sepals which extend past the fruit. (Lamiaceae)
