Hybrid loosestrife
(Lysimachia hybrida)

aka Mississippi Valley loosestrife. This rare species is not a hybrid, despite it's name. It differs from the similar L. lanceolata by it's lack of basal runners and by its more petioled (stemmed) leaves. Prefers wet ground; found in swamps and shorelines. (Primulaceae)
