Great Indian plantain

Formerly Cacalia muhlenbergii, ​also formely Arnoglossum muhlenbergii . Beginning each spring as a rosette of rounded, lobed, basal leaves, this species grows to nine feet, featuring grooved stems and rayless white flowers. Uncommon in wet woods and along creek banks. MC (Asteraceae)
