Giant hyssop
(Agastache nepetoides)

This coarse mint (square stem and opposite leaves) stands to eight feet tall. Small, white, fused flowers are borne on spikes extending to six inches each. A plant in flower resembles a candelabra. Stalks and seed pods persist into the winter. MC (Lamiaceae)
