Eastern bergamot
(Monarda bradburiana)

aka eastern bee balm. One of two purple-spotted bergamot species, this more common plant has more toothed, larger leaves (to 10 cm.) than M. russeliana. Leaf-like bracts beneath the flowering heads are pale green at flowering. MC (Lamiaceae)
